Before you start

Here's how
- Remember Free: 1 workspace, 1 board, 1 seat, 20 active tasks, 10 notes, 250 MB plus 250 MB per member. Task modules are locked.
- Pro: unlimited tasks, notes, and boards, all modules, up to 3 workspaces, 5 seats, 5 GB per seat. In the app: EUR 3.99 / month or EUR 39.99 / year.
- Ultra: unlimited workspaces and boards, 25 seats plus 4 free Pro memberships you hand out with an invitation, 25 GB per seat. EUR 12.99 / month or EUR 129.99 / year.
- The trial gives 30 days of Pro, not as a store intro offer. A referral code, or a gift on your invitation, makes it 60 days.
- When the trial ends and you stay on Free, other people's workspaces pause. The switcher shows
Subscribe to rejoin this workspace. - Lifetime accounts run as Ultra without a subscription.
The result
When you hit a limit (workspace, board, seat, module, storage) you can say which plan lifts it.
Common questions
What is an active task?
A card that is not in Done. Done does not count toward Free's 20.
Does Ultra lift per-task file limits?
No. 10 attachments and 75 MB per task or note apply on every plan. Ultra lifts the workspace quota.
