Create and switch workspaces
I want to …
… create another workspace and move between workspaces.
Before you start
- Free: one workspace. Pro: three. Ultra: no cap.
- The first workspace is created right after onboarding if you are not in one yet.
Here's how
- Tap the Zeitlicht logo. On a phone it sits in the board app bar; on a wide screen it sits at the top of the left rail. The switcher slides in from the side. The board title is the board name, not the workspace name.
- The list shows every workspace you belong to.
- Tap
+and enter a name. Confirm creates the workspace and a first board with that same name, then opens the board. - Tap another row to switch. Board, notes, and timer then belong to that workspace.
- If a row says
Subscribe to rejoin this workspace, you belong to someone else's workspace while your plan is Free. Tapping opens the plans. - Rename the current workspace under
Settings, not in the switcher.
The result
You have a new room or you switched into an existing one. Navigation stays; the data belongs to the chosen workspace.
Common questions
Why can I not create another workspace?
Your plan is full. Free allows one, Pro three. Ultra has no cap.
