Switch board

I want to …

… move between the boards in the current workspace.

Before you start

  • Every member can switch boards. Creating one needs Owner or Admin.
  • Topics, tags, notes, and members stay shared across the workspace. Columns, the timer, Focus, and task-module defaults belong to the board you open.

Here's how

  1. Open Board. The app bar title is the current board name, with a small down arrow.
  2. Tap the title. A menu lists every board in this workspace. The open one shows a check mark.
  3. Tap another name. That board opens, with its own columns and cards.
  4. The choice is remembered for this workspace. The timer and Hyperfocus follow the board you picked.
  5. On a phone the Zeitlicht logo sits beside the title and opens the workspace switcher. On a wide screen the logo is at the top of the left rail. The board title does not switch workspaces.

The result

You are on the board you chose. Its cards, columns, and timer defaults are the ones you see.

Common questions

Why does the title not show the workspace name?

The title is the board. Use the logo to change workspace.
