Manage plan and billing

Through Manage subscription in the Stripe portal, reached from Settings.

I want to …

… see my current plan, change the subscription, or open the customer portal.

This article is for when you already have a plan or a trial. The first plan pick is intentionally not documented.
On the web, payment goes through Stripe. In the apps it goes through the App Store or Play.

Open Settings. The Plan block shows the current state.
Tap the plan row if you want to switch or stay after the trial. You land on the plans screen.
Manage subscription appears when the plan was bought. On the web it opens the Stripe customer portal (payment methods, invoices, cancel). In the iOS app it opens App Store subscriptions. In the Android app it opens Google Play subscriptions. The same button is on the plans screen.
On the plans screen, Coupon code and Redeem coupon apply a code you were given. One code can be redeemed once per account.
Native apps also have Restore purchases if a store purchase did not arrive on this device.
Lifetime accounts do not see these tiles. They show that Ultra is complimentary and unlimited.
The trial banner offers Subscribe or dismiss. It reads Your Pro trial ends in {days} days. Subscribe to keep collaborating., Your Pro trial ends tomorrow. Subscribe to keep collaborating., or Your trial has ended. Shared workspaces are paused until you subscribe.

You know which plan is active and can open the portal or the plans screen without guessing.

Where do I cancel on the web?
