Before you start
- Sharing works on every plan: Free, Pro, and Ultra.
- The link opens the task for members of that workspace: Owner, Admin, and Member.
Here's how
- Open the task.
- In the browser, the address bar shows the task link. Copy it from there.
- Or scroll to the bottom and tap
Share. On a phone the share sheet opens. In the browser Zeitlicht copies the link and showsCopied.. - Send the link. On a computer it opens in the browser. On a phone with Zeitlicht installed it opens in the app.
- If you are signed out, sign in. Zeitlicht then opens the task.
The result
The task is open for anyone who can access that workspace.
Common questions
Why do I see a message instead of the task?
The task was deleted, or this account is not a member of that workspace.
Why did my phone open the browser?
Zeitlicht is not installed, or the phone has not linked the site to the app yet. The task still opens in the browser.
