Manage invitations

I want to …

… copy, resend, or revoke open invitations.

Before you start

  • You need Owner or Admin.
  • Accepted invitations leave this list and appear as members.

Here's how

  1. Open Members.
  2. Open invitations sit under current members, with status Email pending, Email sent, or Email failed. Gifts show up in the same line as Pro gift or Free membership.
  3. Copy puts the invite link on the clipboard.
  4. Resend invitation sends the mail once more.
  5. Revoke invitation invalidates the link. The person can no longer join, and a gift on that invitation goes back into your budget.
  6. Remove an existing member from their row with Remove member, not with Revoke.

The result

Open invitations are current: share the link, send again, or invalidate.

Common questions

The email failed.

Check the address and resend. The link from Copy works without the mail, but only for that address.

Someone declined. What now?

The invitation leaves the list and any gift is freed. Invite the address again if it was a mistake.
