Before you start
- The triggers work in task descriptions and the note editor.
#topic,##tag,###task,####note,@person.
Here's how
- Open a task or note and put the caret in the text.
- Type
#for a topic. A list opens. Arrow up/down moves the highlight, Enter or Tab accepts, Escape closes. ##searches tags. If the name does not exist,Create tag "…"appears.###searches tasks. You can also create a task from the query.####searches notes,@searches members.- The same five types sit as buttons on the toolbar above the editor if you do not want to type the triggers.
- A row of pills under the text shows every link you set.
The result
The text holds links, and the pills sit underneath. Tapping opens the target.
Common questions
Why is there no list?
There cannot be a leading space after the trigger, and the query is capped at 60 characters.
Are fonts and text colors available?
No. The toolbar hides font and color pickers. It is about text and links.
