Default modules for new tasks

I want to …

… choose which building blocks new tasks already show, and in which order.

Only Owner and Admin see Board settings.
The switches apply to new tasks on this board. Existing tasks keep what they already have. Another board in the same workspace can use a different preset.

Open Board and tap the board title.
Tap Board settings and scroll to Task modules. The hint explains: modules for new tasks and the order they appear on the task screen.
Each row is a module: Due date, Priority, Estimate, Checklist, Recurrence.
The Active on new tasks switch decides whether a fresh card already has that block.
Drag the handle on the left to change the order. Checklist can sit above the date, for example.
On an existing task that lacks a module, Enable … stays on the detail screen. On Free that route opens the plans.

New cards start with exactly the blocks the team needs, in the order you set.

Does this unlock modules on Free?

No. The defaults only remember the preset. Free still cannot use the modules.
